As a result of the frequent need of professional medical services by the members of the community , In 2006 Job Zilaba together with the team came up with the idea of starting a hospital that would answer medical needs of the district that includes but not limited to Maternal death, pediatric care, malnutrition, HIV and Aids, Accidents that had caused and still causing a lot of deaths in Namutumba and to Uganda as a Country.

With gracious support and donations from all around the world and Switzerland in particular, the hospital was officially opened on 12th July 2021. Since then, we have been unwavering in our commitment to providing quality medical care to all the people of Namutumba and the neighboring districts. 

Our focus extends beyond patient care to the community, where we work on disease education , prevention initiatives and projects that support their wellbeing
